There are two ways to get the classic music reimagined by Jesse Harlin.

If you own the game and you can live with 96 kbps WMA files, there is someone at Lucasforums who made a little tutorial on how to extract the audio files from your copy of the special edition games.

If you own the Special Edition collection on DVD, you're in luck. You can extract the soundtrack to both games in great quality. Just go here. (:
