The Secret of Monkey Island ~ Special Edition (music by Michael Land and others)

Well, I'm hoping we don't have to wait too long for a proper soundtrack release of the classic music reimagined by Jesse Harlin but if you can live with 96 kbps WMA files, there is someone at Lucasforums who made a little tutorial on how to extract the audio files from your copy of this special edition.
